Choosing the right plan

Redirect Pro pricing is flexible and based on actual usage. Put simply, if you use Redirect Pro less, you will pay less.

You can easily change your billing plan to suit your needs from the Billing page in the app.

Understanding your usage and allowance

Redirect Pro plans are based on a monthly allowance of unique visits to broken links which are either:

  1. Identified and added to the Broken Links page in the app
  2. Redirected by an automatic redirect
  3. Redirected by a pattern redirect

This does not include visits to active 301 URL redirects saved in your store.

Some Redirect Pro functionality including broken link tracking, automatic redirects and pattern redirects will pause until the billing period resets at the start of the next calendar, or until you upgrade your plan to increase your allowance.

This means visitors to broken links that don't have a 301 redirect in place will stay on a 404 error page.

Viewing your usage and allowance

You can see how close you are to your monthly usage allowance from the Billing page.

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, open Redirect Pro.
  2. Go to Billing.

If you frequently reach your allowance we recommend upgrading to maintain an uninterrupted experience for both you and your customers landing on broken links.

Plan allowances

  • Free - 10 visits per month, best for development stores or pre-launch.
  • Starter - 50 visits per month, best for merchants who are getting started with 404 SEO.
  • Growth - 500 visits per month, best for fast growing stores on a journey to 404 SEO excellence.
  • Enterprise - Unlimited visits per month, best for Shopify migrations and Shopify Plus merchants.

Changing your plan

You can change your plan at any time from the Billing page in the app.
