Changing and verifying your email address

We take your privacy seriously and will keep your personal data safe in accordance with data privacy regulations.

We will only use your email to send you essential updates about your account or Redirect Pro. Rest assured, we won't send you any marketing materials without your explicit consent.

Changing your email address

By default we use the email address you signed up to Shopify with, but you can change this in the app.

Steps:

1. From your Shopify admin, open Redirect Pro.
2. Open the Settings page.
3. On the contact email section, click Edit.
4. Enter your email address.
5. Click Save.
6. Click the link in the verification email we send you.

Verifying your email address

Once you change your email address we'll send you a verification link to confirm it's you.

If you don't receive the link please check your junk folder or try again.
