Each Redirect Pro plan comes with a monthly visits allowance that applies to 404 tracking, pattern redirects, and automatic redirects. Quotas reset at the start of each calendar month, regardless of whether you’re on a monthly or yearly billing cycle. Yearly plans are discounted and give you 12 months for the price of 10.
What counts toward my usage?
Your usage is based on the number of unique broken link visits Redirect Pro tracks or handles on your store. This includes:
- Visits to 404 pages tracked by the app
- Redirects triggered by pattern or automatic redirect rules
Visits to 301 redirects you've created manually, through an import or via the Pattern Matches feature do not count towards usage.
When does my usage reset?
Usage quotas reset on the first day of each calendar month, no matter when your subscription started or which billing cycle (monthly or yearly) you’re on.

The Free plan is only available on a monthly basis.
All paid plans can be billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing gives you a discount equal to 2 free months.
If your usage exceeds your monthly quota, 404 tracking, pattern redirects and automatic redirects will pause until your usage resets or you upgrade your plan.

How can I check my current usage?
- Open the Redirect Pro app from your Shopify admin.
- Click Settings in the app navigation menu.
- Under Plan Usage you’ll see:
- Current active plan
- Your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly)
- Usage this month
- Remaining allowance
- Options to change or upgrade your plan
Can I increase my quota?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time.
