How do I edit or delete an existing redirect?

Modify or remove existing 301 redirects to keep your site's navigation up-to-date and error-free.

To edit a URL redirect:

1. From your Shopify admin, open the Redirect Pro app.
2. From the app navigation menu on the left, open the URL Redirects page.
3. In the table of redirects, select the one you want to edit.
4. Click Edit on the actions menu.‍
5. Enter your desired changes.
6. Click Save redirect. The updated redirect is now active.

Tip: Select multiple 301 redirects to edit the 'Redirect to' URL for all of them in bulk.

To delete a URL redirect:

You can delete individual redirects, or multiple at once. Note that this action can't be undone.

1. From your Shopify admin, open the Redirect Pro app.
2. From the app navigation menu on the left, open the URL Redirects page.
3. In the table of redirects, select the redirects you want to delete.
4. Click Delete on the actions menu.
5. Click Delete on the confirmation modal.

If you're deleting a large number of redirects at once it may take some time to complete. You can continue working and we'll send you an email when it's done.
