Which Redirect Pro plan is right for me?

Redirect Pro plans are designed to scale with your store. You can choose between flexible monthly billing or save by selecting an annual subscription. The right plan depends on how many 404 visits Redirect Pro tracks for your store each month, and which features you need.

What counts toward my usage?

Your usage is based on the number of unique visits Redirect Pro tracks or handles, including:

• Visits to 404 pages tracked by the app
• Redirects triggered by pattern or automatic redirect rules

Visits to 301 redirects you've created manually, through an import or via the Pattern Matches feature do not count towards usage.

If your usage exceeds your plan limit in a calendar month, 404 tracking, automatic redirects, and pattern redirects will be paused until your quota resets or you upgrade your plan.

What’s the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

You can choose between:

• Monthly billing – Pay as you go, one month at a time.
• Yearly billing – Pay once upfront and get 12 months of access for the price of 10.

The Free plan is only available on a monthly basis. All usage limits still reset monthly, even if you’re on a yearly plan.

How can I check my current usage?

1. Open the Redirect Pro app from your Shopify admin.
2. Click Settings in the app navigation menu.
3. Under Plan Usage you’ll see:
   • Current active plan
   • Your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly)
   • Usage this month
   • Remaining allowance
   • Options to change or upgrade your plan
