Redirect Pro uses your contact email to send account alerts, usage warnings, and important updates. You can change it anytime from the Settings page in the app. We’ll never send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
To change your email address:
By default, we use the email address linked to your Shopify account. If you'd prefer to receive updates at a different address, you can change it in a few steps.
- From your Shopify admin, open the Redirect Pro app
- Go to Settings In the app navigation menu.
- In the Contact email field, enter your new email address.
- A Save bar will appear at the bottom of the screen - click Save.
- We’ll send a verification link to your new email address.
- Click the link to complete the change.
Your new email won’t be active until it’s verified.
To verify your email address:
We’ll send a confirmation email to the new address immediately after you save it.
- Check your inbox for a message from Redirect Pro.
- Click the verification link in the email.
- If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes:
- Check your junk or spam folder
- Return to the app to resend the verification email
